Following a competitive 5-way pitch against other major UK agencies, Touch Marketing & Design were appointed to create an advertising and promotional campaign to tackle the highly topical issue of eating disorders and body image.

The campaign itself includes local, regional and national press advertising, an interactive website, promotional items and associated sales-support media and centres around two hard-hitting creative executions.

Speaking of the campaign Daniel James, Touch Marketing & Design Managing Director, said “Although we have worked with The Priory across the North West for the past 4 years on a local level, this is the first time we have worked on a national campaign with them.”

“We are delighted to list such a prestigious brand amongst our clients and this campaign highlights a very serious issue. We hope that the work we have completed helps to spread such an important message. It is pleasing that a smaller agency such as ours can compete on a national basis against much bigger competition. We believe that it is testament to our creative approach and can-do attitude that encouraged The Priory to utilise our skills.” added Daniel.

Elizabeth Logie Marketing Director for The Priory said “Touch Marketing & Design really understood the campaign brief, we needed hard hitting images and messages to sufferers and their families on this sometimes devastating illness. We needed a campaign to highlight the more difficult issues people have to come to terms with, giving them an immediate response mechanism for help, and Touch Marketing & Design have created a campaign that really achieves this.”
